Heroic Upgrade Notes: You need to have purchased 5 Tier Tokens or equiv. to be eligible. Ring upgrades are calculated on 1 slot. (since rep ring is BIS for all) Heroic Trinkets: We will be using officer descretion for people that already have the normal mode trinkets. I.E. Do not expect to recieve heroic DBW if you have regular, and 2 other people don't have one. We use a 4 block raid attendance check with ontime and overtime also included.
